We had the amazing privilege to have Donna Parachin speak to the Lifespring family. It is hard to put into words what happens when she comes, but you just know God was there and we leave full and blessed by her and through her. If you have a chance, please watch the recording.
As Donna was speaking, there was something I felt the Lord want to highlight for Lifespring. She shared that there is tremendous power in declarations, there is power in speaking out loud what we sense and feel God is doing. In essence, the idea is that God is similar to being voice activated.
I think of my household, with Google Nest and Google Mini covering the majority of my house (thanks Matt). These devices give me access to information from anywhere in my house. We often ask it the weather, news, and we even get the devices to play worship music all throughout our home. All of these amazing features and benefits are available to us. But in order to activate and use these features, it requires us to say “OK Google”.
There is power in declaration. There is power in prayer. It may not be, “OK God, send angels” – but the idea is the same. God is available. Not only is He a good God, He is a great God! He desires to be in every part of our lives, but only if we let Him.
Open for me the gates of the righteous; I WILL enter and give thanks to the Lord!

The Psalmists asks God and declares what will happen! This year as we sense the Lord purposing us in Patient Endurance (new gate), activate the purpose over your life and walk through the gate! Tell the Lord that you will grow in Patient Endurance, in maturity, and then by faith and with hope, walk through whatever comes your way.
LifeSpring family, I feel the Lord saying that your voice matters. Your prayers matter. Your thoughts matter. Activate God in your life – know that He is always available and ready to draw near to you.
