We want to honor all of the LifeSpring family. The pastoral team is so blessed to be surrounded by a family that genuinely loves God and genuinely cares for others – including us. I want you to know that we feel loved; you care when we hurt, you think of our families, and you genuinely care for others.
Please don’t ever take this for granted – people here are genuinely looking out for one another. Whether physically, spiritually, emotionally – people genuinely care about your well-being; this is rare. Jerry has spoken this over me many times, “I love you enough to tell you: you are being an idiot. If I didn’t love you, I wouldn’t tell you.”
Kingdom Family makes us all better. Whether it is like iron sharpening iron (Proverbs 27:17) or being inspired by one another – a Kingdom Family calls out the best in one another.
This year we honor a couple who has been a blessing their entire lives, Dave & Mae-Tuin Seto. Their lives have demonstrated faithfulness to the church family and have been an example to all the young moms and dads out there. Nick Chua and Alvin & Patricia Koh shared testimonies of their goodness – take a look here.
When you think of Dave & Mae-Tuin, what comes to mind is an example of Kingdom Family. They invest in others (not just their own children), and they give to God the results. We summed it up when we wrote on the globe gift: Years of Genuine Care, a World of Difference
