Have you had a chance to visit our Mississauga location? If you haven’t, please make it a point to go visit them! I can guarantee that you will be blessed.
MLCF is a house of blessings. Every month, we send a pastoral team member to speak at MLCF and every time they report in, they are often well fed and glad that they went. MLCF is built around the faithful. In fact, two of the founders of LifeSpring call MLCF their home: Eric & Angela Wee and Perry & Catherine Soh. It is in this church family we can see what genuine care for one another can look like. As MLCF aligns to the purpose and direction that God is speaking to the church (Increase Our Faith), it will be the same but look much different.
MLCF is NOT TLCF and that’s ok. We are the same family, have the same principles and the same DNA, yet are so very different. I look at Justus and Hope – both are cut from the same cloth, yet they are extremely different. Both are integral to the Wee clan, bringing their uniqueness and joy to the family, yet they are so, so different. The boy loves sports and video games, the girl is into dance and makeup; sometimes it seems like they are from different planets!
Increase Our Faith for MLCF is the same, yet it will look much different than TLCF – that is not bad, that is simply different. In fact, the differences show the beauty of the Kingdom of God. I have a mentor named Adrian Wi; he is a musical, goofy, small man. I am a sporty, handsome, big guy. In all honesty, we have nothing in common. In fact, we probably wouldn’t be friends if it wasn’t for God. But because our love for God is the same – I call him friend, brother, and mentor.
As I was messaging with Jenny Lee, without her knowing anything about what we were sensing for 2026, she sent me the following:
“MLCF has tremendous potential for growth, and with its wise and mature congregation, the possibilities are endless. I’m excited to see their spirit of service that can flourish. What’s intriguing is that many people think they’ve reached the end of the productive journey, only to discover that God often has a surprise in store – a new chance to grow, learn and make a difference.”
I felt the Lord put two words on my heart for MLCF: Productive and Profitable. Wherever the Lord leads this family – may God’s hand bless it to be all that He has called it to be. Join me in praying for MLCF this week.
We love you MLCF!
