To start off Grandparents Month we had “G-Ma” Donna come and speak to the church family. Donna has journeyed with us from long ago and has seen us grow and mature in the things of God. We thank God for Donna as she has been instrumental in helping us hear God – listen well, obey quickly.
As Donna spoke, she once again brought a presence and depth that to be totally honest, I am still wrapping my head around. Please take time to listen to her message here.
What I do know is that my spirit was stirred, specifically when she spoke these words about an increase in faith, “Increase Our Hearing”. As Donna said those words, I felt the Holy Spirit fall on me and I couldn’t help but tear up and slightly tremble. It was in this moment the Lord spoke, “Can you see it”?
I do not know what it means, but I know God was in it. As we seek the Lord, I speak it over the LifeSpring family as well, “Can you see it”?
In our journey of Increase Our Faith, learning to see what God sees will be critical. It is His ways over our ways, His thoughts over our thoughts. As our eyes, ears, and minds become Christ-like, so will our level of faith.
The journey is not without tests, but with Christ all things are possible. I am proud to be in the journey with you LifeSpring family – pray for one another.
