Pastoral Team

Lead Pastor Alvin Koh

Alvin was in the marketplace for 10 years before he was called to full-time pastoral ministry in 1996. Through the economic crisis in the 90s, the marketplace became his training ground for hearing the voice of God and living a surrendered life. After completing his first 7 years in pastoral ministry, he felt the call to “pastor the city of Toronto” during an encounter with the Lord in 2003. Over the next 7 years, the Lord led him to position Life-Spring as a city church through kingdom partnerships. Having a passion to see John 17:21-23 become a reality in the city, he is involved in bringing leaders together for the purpose of unity and transformation in the Body of Christ. He is also part of the leadership team with Mission GTA and leads the North Toronto Leaders’ Network.

As a result of a personal and corporate healing journey through brokenness, Alvin desires to see the Body of Christ restored to wholeness and built on a healthy foundation as a family rather than a program-driven institution. He is known to lead out of a place of brokenness and weakness, encouraging a culture of authenticity and transparency in the Life-Spring family. He is also passionate about raising and releasing mature sons and daughters and eventually sowing them into the nations.

Alvin and his wife, Patricia, have two adult children Melanie and Darryl.

Pastor Perry Soh

Perry is one of the founding elders of the church. He has a pastoral heart, and desires to see many people saved and set free through the finished work of Jesus Christ.

Overseeing the Healing & Deliverance Ministry, Perry has provided significant leadership and guidance since its inception. His great passion is to see God's family rising up and taking its rightful position to exercise the authority Jesus has given the church in enforcing the Gospel according to Mark 16:15-18.

Perry is married to Catherine and they are blessed with 10 grandchildren: Megan, Mikayla, Jacob, Evan, Elianna, Elliot, Nathaniel, Abigail, Olivia and Caleb. Their two sons Joo-Lip and Joo-Meng, are married to Lynnette and Rosanna.

Pastor Adrian Wi

Together with his wife, Sherene, and children, Luke, Ethan, and Isaiah, God's journey with Adrian is one of intimacy and brokenness. To be broken for the Presence of God and for the poor in spirit and the next generation. Their heart's desire is to father the next generation of leaders to take their place in the harvest fields, carrying the Father's heart with anointing and power, fuelled by selfless faith, to bring good news to the afflicted, bind up the broken-hearted, proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners.

Pastor Aldous Cheng

Throughout all our years together, my wife Audrey and I have experienced God’s faithfulness and love in immeasurable ways. We were further blessed by the birth of our son Micah in 2010. And as God continues to lavish on us, it is our heart’s desire to be a conduit of His love to many others.

We long to see every person fulfill the destiny and calling that God has uniquely purposed for their lives. Through the process of inward transformation, and through realizing their identities in the Lord, our passion is to love, equip, and journey with individuals in order to raise and release them as mature sons and daughters, full of the Holy Spirit and godly character, into the nations for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.

Pastor Gabriel Wee

Born and raised in this church, I have always found Life-Spring to be home. It was there for me when I was a child, it was there for me when I walked away from the Lord, and it was there for me when I came back. It was the place I found a real relationship with God and it is where I met and married my beautiful wife Karyne. What I've freely received from this place is what I desire to freely give to all I meet.

My heart is to encourage all people to fall madly in love with Heavenly Father - by helping to create a loving environment where people are able to overcome past wounds and discover how much God really loves us - I love to see people start believing in themselves and becoming who God created them to be.

Jerry Chee

John 10:10 has always intrigued me. Life and life abundantly! This is my goal for myself, to live life abundantly in the presence of Abba Father. Confident of His love for me, demonstrated by our Lord Jesus Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit. This is the message that I want to share with leaders and men in Canada, Asia and wherever the Lord directs me. The primary role and responsibility I am most passionate about is being a friend and husband to Dorothy, and father to Rebecca, Joshua and Caleb. They are God's abundant gifts to me.
